Rumbling, Rumbling, it’s coming

Rumbling, Rumbling 😝

Howdy one and all who have clicked on my Attack on Titan the Final Season Part 2 review!

And since that’s a mouth load to say (let alone type) this will most likely be the last time I use the full title for a while, haha ☺

So before I begin our analysis and recap, I just want to get something out of the way – As many returning readers and those who are familiar with my website will know, I read the manga.

And… I was very angry for a long time over how the series ended.

After spending over 7 months seething at how Isayama ended the series, I decided it was time to take a step back and really re-organize my feelings.

I decided to kill my ego and begin re-watching the series from episode one weeks ago, in order to completely throw out everything I once thought I knew.

I’ve noticed this trend in a lot of us who supported Eren, the Yeagerist, and The (100% full)  Rumbling . Some people in the fandom unfortunately haven’t come around (yet), and I don’t want to be one of those people.

Was I upset? Yes. Am I still upset? It depends on what day you ask me.

Either way, whether part 2 ends with chapter 131, and we get the rest in a movie or not – I want to enjoy how things are now. I’ll be going into this with a mindset that the manga and the anime are two separate timelines, and will treat them as such.

I’m not sure if I will be completely plot-spoiler-free, so this is just a warning to those who are anime-only that may stumble upon this post.

Will Attack on Titan Have An Anime Original Ending?

Will AoT have an anime original ending due to the anime taking place in a timeline different than the manga series? This is my last cope regarding this story.

Update for 01/13/2022 – Hey everyone, since this post consistently gets a lot of traffic I just wanted to mention that I’m pretty sure we are getting an Anime Orignal Ending, and I’m working on a huge theory post with evidence.

If you’re interested, you can check out my thoughts on Jean and Mikasa‘s OVAs to see my research process and where I’m going with all of this. ☺

Discussing the AoT no Requiem Part 2 Fanfiction Review

Dialogue and scenarios I wanted to see in the official manga series and the kino that was promised. This is a review of AoT No Requiem Part 2.

“It is a rewrite of the last three chapters of Attack on Titan (137, 138, 139) and combined into ONE long chapter updated into parts.”

Read the fan made comic for yourself over on their website

Check out my thoughts on Part One of the fanfic here.

Wooo! This certainly was an improvement from Part One.

Let’s Talk About Those Extra Pages – SnK 139 Discussion

The extra pages Isayama Hajime added to the final chapter of Attack on Titan (leaks) are out. And I’ve got to say – I really love them!

Update for 01/13/2022 – Hey everyone, since this post consistently gets a lot of traffic I just wanted to mention that I don’t really feel this way anymore. I’m pretty sure we are getting an Anime Orignal Ending, and am working on a huge theory post with evidence.

If you’re interested, you can check out my thoughts on Jean and Mikasa‘s OVAs to see my research process and where I’m going with all of this.

The Late Heroes of Shiganshina – Attack on Titan Season 4 Episode 16 Review

I’m actually sitting here smiling right now.

It’s funny that I already read the manga and know how the Revenge for Liberio – War for Paradis Arc essentially ends, but just now I still spun around in my computer chair annoyed that it ended there.

What a cliffhanger we’ll be on until Winter 2022.

Was Zeke Targeted by Tom Ksaver to Inherit the Beast Titan?

Was Zeke Yeager targeted to inherit the Beast Titan the same way Grisha Yeager was to inherit the Attack Titan from Eren Kruger?

This is an Attack on Titan theory that contains mild – moderate manga spoilers (from ch. 121 onward).

So for a few years now, there has been this persisting theory: The Owl and The Beast Titan Tom Xaver were working together the whole time.

Maybe they were both Eldian Restorationists, but differing ideals made them go about their mission alternatively. Or maybe, it was always supposed to be this way.

Zeke Yeager is the biggest clown in Attack on Titan series history.
