Was Lelouch Alive at the End of Code Geass?

Was Lelouch still alive at the end of Code Geass? And if so, does that make Lelouch an immortal? What about his pact with C.C.?

So, it’s taken me a while to write on this topic in particular.

Not because I have nothing to say – on the contrary, I have loads to say on this issue. Only problem is, apparently so did everyone else! Haha.
