So, you know that saying, right?
“If you have nothing nice to say, then don’t say anything at all”.
Well, (unfortunately) this is kind of how I feel about this chapter.
Check out my review of SnK Chapter 125 here.
I read it a few days ago, and even now I’m wracking my brain on what to focus on. Positivity mainly, and trying to find some.
Shingeki no Kyojin is consistently well-written, and Attack on Titan is always well animated. I know Isayama has mentioned before that any mistakes in the manga that bother him are fixed in the adaptation.
I have no interest in knocking this manga, or story for that matter. It’s been amazing thus far. With the series set to end later this year, it would make sense some things need to be tied up quickly.
Or, Isayama-sensei is just tired.
Either way, I wrote a review for this chapter but it mainly just read like a chapter description.
Because I am not happy with it, I have decided not to post it. The chapter was simplistic enough, and with any luck next month there will be more storylines and plots to review.
(Is this actually the worst chapter in the Shingeki no Kyojin manga series?)
Hopefully this isn’t perceived as a cop-out. I just don’t feel right writing a review just for the sake of a review when I really have nothing to say.
So, until then…
