Official Date Revealed: Devil May Cry Season 2 Premieres
The ultimate war is officially on! Netflix has confirmed that Devil May Cry Season 2, the highly anticipated anime adaptation of the beloved Capcom video game series, will premiere worldwide on May 12th, 2026.
Devil May Cry Season 2 will focus on the war between worlds as Dante must battle the only force that mirrors his own: Vergil, his estranged twin brother. The series will continue to explore the growing sinister rift between the human and demonic realms as forces seek to open a portal between worlds and usher in chaos.
This season is set to deliver the conflict fans have awaited, thrusting Dante, the orphaned demon-hunter-for-hire, into an epic battle against his powerful and estranged twin brother, Vergil. With acclaimed showrunner Adi Shankar and the visually stunning work of Studio Mir returning, the fate of both the human and demon realms now hangs in the balance of this legendary twin confrontation.
The animated tv show’s voice cast includes: Johnny Yong Bosch as Dante, Robbie Daymond as Vergil, and Scout Taylor-Compton as Lady.
