So it’s been a long while since this series ended, and I still haven’t written my final review. Since I felt overwhelmingly negative after watching episode 16, I decided to take a week (or two) and collect my thoughts, reanalyze them, and see if I felt differently within time.

Spoiler alert: I don’t have any different feelings from my initial ones.

Another slow episode that gave us some hints at a romantic development between Sol Yi and Eun Ho.

To be quite honest, I enjoyed watching them have a conversation over shucking clams more than the ‘romcom’ scenes between Yeun Su and Choi Woong.

Then again, I’m not really a fan of the romantic comedy genre to begin with, so there’s that, too.

Romance and Jujube Tea – Our Beloved Summer Ep 11 & 12 Review
