Log Horizon is returning!
I never thought I’d see the day – truly.
I remember when this show first premiered in 2013, I was absolutely glued to my computer screen. After season two however, the status of the series was left uncertain. There were rumors surrounding the light novel and manga creator, Mamare Touno, regarding tax evasion.
After the conviction, it seemed like Log Horizon would never return.
But…it’s back!
This is a very short post mainly due to waking up and getting an email from MyAnimeList that the series was coming back.
…Causing me to fangirl after looking it up and realizing it was true.
I’m just very excited and happy that the first isekai I’ve ever truly cared about is returning to television.
(well that, and Grimgar of Fantasy and Ash)
After a re-watch of the series, I will definitely be doing a weekly episode review of Log Horizon season 3 when it airs in the fall!
Maybe this, along with Attack on Titan season 4, will be the two weekly reviews on the website.
Anyway, I’m hype – is anyone else looking forward to the return of this long-awaited series?
