I thought Aki and Denji had a tense relationship, but the weird developing friendship between Denji and Power might just take the cake.

Who would have thought Aki and Denji would end up bonding over how messy Power is as a roommate? Or that Denji would achieve his dream of coping a feel so quickly?
Denji vs Leech Devil
Let me tell you, I think I’ve seen it all now. Not only did Denji defeat the Bat Devil who apparently doesn’t know how to chew his food, but then his girlfriend the Leech Devil shows up for revenge.
Of course, Denji makes light work of the Leech Devil, and Power and Meowy the cat are rescued safely.
I am curious about the team of devil hunters that were working with Aki from Public Safety. Makima’s remarks about his being an experimental team made it seem like it wasn’t that many people Aki oversaw. Not to mention, none of the others seemed as out of control as Denji and Power.
I guess since Denji and Power are special cases, Aki must permanently babysit them by becoming their roommates?
Denji and Power’s Relationship
Denji and Power have a really weird relationship.
Power is a fiend who never grew close to anything but Meowy, and Denji was just a guy isolated from society who made friends with a devil. Since Denji saved Power (despite her honestly not deserving the help after setting him up for death) maybe the two will develop some sort of platonic relationship?
Are Power and Denji Friends?
Denji saved Power’s life, and in turn, she is allowing him to cop a feel so I’m pretty sure the two are friends now.
The only thing that really bothers me about their relationship (despite Power being incredibly selfish) was the fact that Power wanted Denji to cop a feel in the bathroom. While Denji was…literally scrubbing the feces she caked onto the inside rim of the toilet.
I mean…Denji wasn’t even wearing gloves!
Power is a disgusting roommate, doesn’t bathe, doesn’t flush the toilet – and now Denji is about to fondle her chest with the same bare hands he was using to scrub the fecal matter she left in the toilet.
To be quite fair, that is why this review is comically late – I had secondhand embarrassment after seeing Denji down so abysmally bad that I couldn’t even bring myself to talk about it. That is literally the only reason why I’m uploading this now like 3 weeks later.
I mean really…couldn’t Denji at least wash his hands first?
Did Power have to sit on that specific toilet to let him do the fondling?
Ugh…and based on my Twitter feed people were talking about some kiss shared by Aki and Denji which results in them puking in each other’s mouths. Wow. Chainsaw man sure is a fun show, huh?
I mean…tell me your thoughts, I guess? Should Denji have at least squirted some hand sanitizer or something on his hands before putting fecal residue on Power’s blouse?
Will Power even do her laundry, or walk around for a week smelling like sh*t because she’s unbelievably dirty?
Am I worried about the wrong things? Haha ☺
