Was the Moon Landing fake? Is Flat Earth real? Inside Job on Netflix explores these popular conspiracy theories – but is the adult-themed animated TV show worth watching?
Inside Job Netflix Season 1 Part 1 Review
For those of you that do not know, Inside Job is an adult-oriented animated series created by Shion Takeuchi and Alex Hirsch. Those two names should sound vaguely familiar, as they are the creators of the wildly popular Disney occult classic Gravity Falls.
The Deep State Conspiracy
Inside Job follows Reagan Ridley, an MIT graduate and robotics engineer who works for Cognito.

Cognito Inc is a shady Black Op organization that employs the Deep State tasked with keeping the normal population unaware of the evil deeds and wild creatures running amok in our world. Reagan’s co-workers include Brett, a trust-fund frat boy from D.C., Gigi, a social media influencer who works in PR, Glenn, an experimental human-dolphin hybrid super soldier, and Magic Myc – the alien mushroom.
Reagan’s father Rand was the former CEO and co-founder of the society who was released from his position after nearly exposing the secret organization.
Manipulation By Rand to Control Cognito Inc
Throughout the series, there seems to be lingering hostility between Rand Ridley and his former partner, J.R. Scheimpough.
An unexpected planetary alignment forces the Shadow Board to choose a new member early, leading to the suspicion surrounding Rand’s ownership of a device that controls movement of the moon. When JR is tapped to become a Shadow Board Member, Reagan is promoted to CEO within the Society.
Of course, just when Reagan finally feels like things are going well, all hell breaks loose.

Bear-O, a teddy bear programmed with AI that Rand used to tamper with Reagan’s childhood memories begins to leak classified documents to the public. As Rand created the problem, he offers the solution which impresses the Shadow Board Overlords enough to reward him the CEO position. Again.
It turns out that Rand may have been playing the long game the entire time, and Reagan had only been born to be used as a pawn for her father Rand’s ambitions.
The Robot President Conspiracy?

ROBOTUS is the robotic replacement for the now “difficult” President of the United States (POTUS) within the tv show.
And now we come to the present. Once again we place our trust in the idea of a president, as we have from the beginning.
The Hall of Presidents, Disney’s Magic Kingdom
Reagan developed the robot as a side project, bribing it with reruns of Friends for it to submit and do her bidding. This robot was eventually replaced with the living president, until Reagan’s father Rand “tinkers” with ROBOTUS for one of his future schemes, causing the robot to evolve into a sentient being.
After gaining sentience, ROBOTUS wants to build a gigantic cube around America to enclose its borders.
When Conspiracy Becomes Reality?
Have you ever heard the phrase “There Are Two Donald Trumps”?

A true Zodiac Gemini – one wears a Red tie, and the other wears a Blue tie.
What I found most interesting about this episode was that the robot president in Inside Job seemed to be a mix of both Joe Biden and Donald Trump. The human president was seen falling up the stairs while trying to board an airplane, which was a major meme a while back surrounding Joe Biden.
Lengthy shenanigans aside, with help Reagan gets the robot back after it runs away and hides it on a subterranean level of the classified Cognito office building.
Is Inside Job Worth Watching?
It’s no secret that adult animated cartoons are often lackluster and filled with crude humor. What if a series were based on conspiracy theories instead of humor as a satirical afterthought?
Inside Job decides to tackle the question of whether adult animations are still worth watching in an age where anime is completely dominating the creative field. While I don’t know if reptilians are really living underground and controlling Washington D.C., I did find the Netflix animated comedy series entertaining to watch.

But, tell me your thoughts.
Do you think Buzz Aldrin is a crisis actor?
Is President Obama part of the super-secret lizard organization that runs The District of Columbia from the shadows?
Have we ever had a robot president?
