Girlfriend, Girlfriend Omnibus Leads Highly Anticipated December Print Releases
Kodansha is celebrating this anniversary by unveiling a new series to the program with Girlfriend, Girlfriend Omnibus volume 1 by Hiroyuki, set to debut December 9th, 2025. Love, That’s an Understatement, Teppu, and the ‘heartfelt finale’ of Blade Girl will also release volume 3 for their series this December.

Kodansha’s most frequently requested series for print on social media, Girlfriend, Girlfriend, is a multi-partner high school rom-com following the couple Naoya and Saki-chan. Despite their intensities, the two are uncontrollably in love with one another, and Naoya vows never to cheat…and then suddenly receives a love confession from another girl.
Nagisa is cute, sweet, and makes him lunch, so Naoya asks Saki for permission to date them both, ensuring a very lively future for all parties involved.
